The A4 book is undated which means it can be picked up and started at any point and is laid out in 5 week intervals separated with a 5 week overview and goal setting pages. It has enough weeks to be used as a conventional diary or it can simply be picked up intermittently and started when you are at your desk. (Perfect if you’re like Emily and keep forgetting that they have a diary and then get sad that you have missed a week!)
